The Pedro Park design includes both perennial/native plant beds that will need help getting established and being maintained, as well as four areas for annual plantings. The team from Saint Paul Parks and Recreation and Aune Fernandez Landscape Architects will share the final designs as well as provide an update on construction timeline. Friends of Pedro Park is actively recruiting at least twenty gardeners interested in keeping the new vibrant green oasis looking its best. If you are interested in volunteering by digging in the dirt or by helping coordinate the volunteer garden effort, please let us know here.
