New Programs: Nature Walks & Women in the Woods

This summer, the Conservancy is thrilled to launch two new programs that invite residents to explore the beauty and benefits of our city’s parks—through fresh perspectives and welcoming community experiences.

🌿 Spanish Language Nature Walks with Huellas Latinas
In partnership with Huellas Latinas, we’re offering a series of free Spanish-language nature walks that highlight the cultural and ecological richness of Saint Paul’s green spaces. Led by naturalist and community leader Luisana Muñoz, these walks are designed to help participants feel confident exploring the outdoors while building community and enjoying time in nature. Whether you’re discovering native flora and fauna or sharing stories of connection to the land, these hikes offer a welcoming, inclusive space for all.

Click here to register for walks on June 29, August 3 and Sept 14.

🌲 Wednesday Women in the Woods with Naturalist Pam Welisevich
Looking for a midweek nature recharge? Join Wednesday Women in the Woods, a new series guided by seasoned naturalist Pam Welisevich. These engaging outdoor meetups offer women and non-binary folks of all backgrounds a chance to slow down, observe the seasonal changes in our local parks, and connect with others who share a love of nature. Each outing kicks off with a snack and a libation, followed by a new opportunity to grow your appreciation for the natural world—right here in Saint Paul.

Click here to register for programs on July 16 and Oct 15

Whether you’re a lifelong nature enthusiast or just beginning to explore, there’s never been a better time to discover what’s growing in our parks—and within ourselves.

Together, we’re building stronger connections to nature, to each other, and to the vibrant park system that makes Saint Paul shine.
