Amy Blauert

Amy Blauert has just been promoted to Global Human Resources Business Partner at 3M after serving as HR Operations Manager for 5 years. Prior to moving to MN, Amy held roles as HR Director for companies like Safelite and Guardian Industries. She also spent 9 years as a Professor of Business at Ashford University. She has expertise in finance, business planning and management, talent development and HR operations. Amy is active in the Saint Paul community serving on committees for the Saint Paul Parks Conservancy, Rethos and Books for Africa.
