David Bell is a seasoned professional with 27 years of experience in services management within the staffing and recruitment industry. He has a proven track record of developing and growing high-performing teams, emphasizing a client-centric delivery model that consistently exceeds expectations. David has successfully driven organic growth across various staffing sectors, including IT, accounting, legal, engineering, office professionals, and sales and marketing. A dedicated family man, he is married and the proud father of three adult sons, whom he mentored through their high school hockey careers. David played a key role in re-launching the Highland Scots Hockey team to support public high school hockey in St. Paul and served as Vice Chair of the Scots Hockey Boosters for several years. In his spare time, he enjoys biking and spending time at the lake with family and friends.
