Nancy Chang is a Business Development Manager in the Electronics Solutions Materials Division at 3M. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
As a resident of Lowertown in St. Paul, Nancy frequently attends various festivals and events held at Mears Park.
In addition to her work with the Saint Paul Parks Conservancy, Nancy currently serves as a Corporate Partner for Social Venture Partners Minnesota.
