For 70 summers, the West St. Paul Leisure Pool has been the backdrop to first swims, fearless cannonballs, swim meets, lifeguards’ whistles, and the kind of ordinary joy that becomes lifelong memory.

Last renovated in 1999, this two-phased project will include:

• Replacement of the pool vessel, including new lighting
• New mechanical equipment
• Refurbishment of the existing slide
• Pool deck enhancements
• Bathhouse improvements

Renovating the Leisure Pool means preserving a place where kids discover independence, teens find summer jobs and responsibility, and neighbors connect across generations.
