Parks fans came to play at Scott & Zelda’s Bad Luck Ball last year. This year’s event is on Friday, September 13 . The year is 1924 and Paris is intoxicated with Olympic fever. Athletes warm up in the parks. Artists crowd the late-night cafes. A golden night lies ahead.
All proceeds raised create good luck for Saint Paul parks, funding park improvements and piloting new community programs.
