The 150 Thompson Park Project is a major community investment in creating a more welcoming, accessible, and active outdoor destination for West St. Paul residents. Located along the city’s growing recreation corridor, the redesigned park will feature upgraded play spaces, improved trails, and revitalized gathering areas that invite families, neighbors, and visitors to connect with nature and each other.
Guided by community input and West St. Paul’s long-range parks plan, the 150 Thompson project will transform an underutilized area into a vibrant hub for year-round recreation, wellness, and neighborhood pride. From expanded green space to modern amenities, the park is being built to serve all ages and abilities.
As construction moves forward, the Saint Paul Parks Conservancy is proud to partner in bringing this vision to life—helping ensure West St. Paul continues to grow its legacy of high-quality, inclusive parks for everyone.
A renewed community space is on the way at 150 Thompson—built for today, ready for tomorrow.
