Join “Operation Warm Toes” to get kids outside during Saint Paul Parks and Recreation after school “rec check” programs! Kids need to get outside in all seasons to connect with nature and to PLAY. Not all kids have the right clothes to be outside. Look through your closets for gently used coats, snow pants, and boots (but please buy new socks) so that all Saint Paul kids can be outside in the parks this winter.
